What the hell??? How am I supposed to protect you fine, outstanding citizens when my phone is getting bombarded with blogs? Who would thought that it would only take a spelling be and a trip to a Ravens game to unleash a blogging feast? Now I know why my refinance is taking so long and the Special Ed kids will soon be Special Special Ed kids. DA Booth... does Mr. Layfield no you have been neglecting his students by....... Never mind, I'm sure he is playing DOOM vol. 62 on the school's computer. Hope the other Mr. Layfield doesn't find out, could mean some serious reprimanding.

Great blogging yesterday!!! Glad to see more people contributing and changing up the talk. Good to know there are more things to discuss other than Favre, Woods, and Tebow.

I love the idea of a One True Word Golf Tournament this summer. Fritz can have his own foursome vs. the rest of us.

Marching to a different drummer...

Blog fans....Don't look now, but March will be with us before we know it...I know this because I have seen WBOC's corny commercial about looking forward to Spring...But I also know that March Madness will be here before you know it. I know we have some serious sports fans on here, so I was wondering what everybody's Final Four predictions are.

As far as mine, I feel there are some teams definitely pulling away from the pack. It is clear to see that the Big East is again the cream of the crop as far as the best conference. They have some great teams full of NBA talent. Syracuse is loaded, and their zone really throws teams off, especially in the tourney. Villanova is super athletic and tough, as evidenced by their throttling of Duke last year in the tourney. They have struggled as of late, but have the experience to be players again.

Don't discount the Big 10. Although Perdue, the class of the league, was crippled earlier this week when the heart of their team Hummel tore his ACL, they still have talent. But don't sleep of Ohio State. They have a good coach and a great player in Evan Tanner. Michigan St. is also a tourney team, they always seem to peak in March.

As of right now, my final four consists of Kansas, Villanova, Syracuse and Ohio State.

You know what really grinds my gears

I was thinking of a new post and that I wanted to start and found Fritz's soulmate in my search. Now, I was thinking of doing something that reall grinds my gears and but didn't want to steal the thunder from someone who has done this before. Turns out there is, and I believe I have found what Fritz has been looking for:

CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?????????.........

I'm shocked with you!!

Have we resorted to a blog nation of insultors/insultors/insultars (whatever) in order to call each other out?

I see the latest comments resulted in bringing "Keep It Rollin" out from the closet to post a comment!  Come'on "Keep It Rollin"!   We love your viewpoint of the world!  (Because it's about 3 foot lower than the rest of our viewpoints)   We want more from you!!!!!!!!      I guess I should just be glad to see that you finally found/remembered your password to log in!

Mass-Debator......I could care less how you want to spell your name of spluge!   Your a fine blogger.  Want you to move from a commentor to a blog poster.   You can do it!  You've got what it takes!   Your comment about a One True Word golf classic is a great idea!   Will explore the interest.   I just wish Frank the Tank can learn to hit a driver by then.....

Speakin of Frank the Tank.......I don't care that you don't drink.  You're a hell of a designated driver!   I know of a group who's extremely greatful for the ride home from Baltimore.  Even if I had to get to Georgetown by way of Laurel!      As for the driver.....keep on it.....or else aim further right.....

Da Booth........On behalf of bloggers everywhere I wish to apologize for the abuse doled out by "Anonymous" a week or two ago!    It was not me.....and by the way I don't sell a "product", it's not overpriced,  plus you got to have it........ Thanks for the business!!!!!!!!      Don't let the abuse get you down little buddy... you're a valued member.  I know you must not have much to blog about since the Eagles were eliminated.   But, there's got to be a Mike Vick storyline somewhere for you to explore!!!!!!!!   I mean there's got to be a pitbull somewhere just dying to die!      "Let's Go BEagles!"

Robert.......oh robert.....where for out thou robert?   not only haven't you blogged or commented in months, but I'm wondering if you've retired!   We haven't cleaned out your desk yet....in the hope that someday you'll be back in the office.....the only thing I can think of is there must be a client somewhere trying to reach you with questions from the settlement table............    Props, tho,  you are the mortgage orginator guru.

The Odds Man.....must have lost your ass during football season and had your computer repossessed cuz we have heard hide nor tail from you since your last posted picks.   That's right,   your hid playing online poker in some spec house while some poor sub is finishing off a piece of trim so you can settle.... Come back fuzzy...we need you..... Plus, can't a person place bets on the Olympic Curling competition?

Bottle-Service........name sounds gay, but hey you picked it!    You're a great commentor,  keep it up,  we luv ya man!    Your intelligent prose adds spice to my life, plus you agreed with me on my last blog so your on my preferred blogger list........

The Buck.......we had some success a few weeks ago bringing you out of hiding...the blog you posted reminded me of the old days...the days when you blogged regularly.....like a ho working the same street corner day in and day out!.....where are you?    With all the snow are you walking around you're garage gripping and re-gripping your clubs jsut waiting for the Spring thaw?    Come back little red rider!   We want your input, your wit, you dripping words of wisdom........ Ironically,   you went into hiding about the same time Tiger dissappeared from media and public view??????  Could it be that you are Tiger!
(I don't care how hot Elin is....If she's not makin it like a wild tree monkey in the bedroom, I might take my $60 Million and drown myself in ho's too)

The Advisor.....guess you know longer have any advice!  We could all use some right now.   Tell us oh sultan of the song,   what can we do until this snow dissapears?   Is there some kind of advice you could give Bradley to get him out of the house so he doesn't keep getting closer in body shape to his new kegerator!    Tell us what to do, where to go,   how to live with your words of wordly wisdom...... Are you still even in country?

BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN......

Hey all you m------f----ing bloggers!   After a short respite that couple of weeks, I'm back to blog the most up to date info of interest!!

Did you know........

Tiger Woods had an affair?    With over 1,000 women and men!
If you haven't been on the planet Mars, you probably are delirious with this news by now.  Want to get even more tired of the issue?  Listen to what "Gutter to the Stars" attorney Gloria Allred has been preaching on every talk show......Her client is the pornstar Veronica who slashed it around with TIGGER.  Now she's demanding an apology for her client.    She claims it's time for men to stop getting away with "leading" women on and hurting their feelings!       Claims Tiger led this porn vixen to believe she was "THE ONE" and that "Veronica" had know idea Tiger was married.   (Funny, because other slut Jamie Grubbs also claims she didn't know El Tigre was married!)

Let's not be crazy here!  We all know anytime an attorney gets involved it's not for the greater good of the planet.   It's because Tiger was making $60 mil a year!   Can anybody say the word "Payoff"?

Other news on the golf front:
How about that Dustin Johnson?   Wow, what an outstanding personality!     You know.....if I was into marketing.....I would be advising my pro golf client to grab the bull by the horns right now while Tiger is away.    Too many of these young guys on the PGA Tour are like robots.  They dress the same.  Swing the same.   Say the same things.....  Celebrate the same.....   etc.... it's like watching a bunch of robots!    That's why someone like Tiger, Sergio, J. Daly, stand out.   Love'em ot hate'em, they are able to make a hell of a lot more money off the golf course than on because of a marketable personality.     I mean John Daly hasn't won a golf tourney in about 5 years, has money going out to about 5 ex wives, has probably gambled and drank more $ than you'll ever make and yet makes enough off TV shows, endorsements, etc... to still travel around in a 2 Million $ bus.       Please somebody say something controversial!

ABout the most exciting thing on Tour this year was the 2nd place finish from David Duval at Pebble.  I was pulling for the guy.  He could be a big boost to the Tour if he can continue his comeback from the depths of pro golf hell.   Crazy that a guy who was ranked #1 at one time could actually fall off the face of the golf earth.  You realize through his example that the line between making it an not on the PGA Tour is thin.  It wasn't like he went to shooting 85.  But shooting 72 on Tour isn't going to make it!  Imagine how good these guys are!   Shoot par for the first two rounds and you won't make a cut all year (Except the US Open).!!!!!
Keep it up Double D.

Have you watched any of the Seniors events this year?   With the influx of the likes of Fred Couples, Tommy Armour III, Corey Pavin, and Paul Azinger, there have been some exciting events/rounds to watch.  Glad to see Freddy win in only his 2nd start on the tour.    I hope he does well. Freddy is a guy most of us can pull for.

With this said, maybe by May we can all be back out playing some golf?   It's raining out today. The snow is melting and flood waters are rising.  Even if the damn snow all melted today, it would still be two weeks before the course would be dry enough to play on..........................

There's always bowling or a dart league somewhere!

BEST ALL STAR EVENT

I know we have touched on this but i just realized watching crap for the NBA all star game the it is actually golf that has the best all star event.

1. NFL - The fans pick the starters which is stupid, no one wants to play and half dont. I think its stupid they get paid different amounts. It may make them play harder for a little extra cash but i didnt see it this year.

2. NBA- The fans pick the starters, again stupid. I mean Allen Iverson was supposed to start but had to stay home because of his daughter. This is just a game to see how many points they can combine for.

3. MLB- Again the fans pick the starters. They play for homefield in the World Series, WOW. Let the starting pitcher go as long as he can.

4. NHL- Honestly not sure how its picked but im assuming fans also. I watch NHL playoffs if the Flyers are in it, but cant say ive seen a all star game since Gretzkys last one.

5. Soccer - Dont know, Mass debators help. I assume they have one but their are so many leagues i get confused. Whens the World Cup i can figure that out.

6. Nascar - They stop the race with like 10 laps and restart it, that sounds awesome.

7. Golf - The only one where you truely have to earn your spot on the team. You are playing for your country/continent. Nothing better then the Head to Head matches on Sunday of the Ryders Cup or Presidents Cup. Yes they are the All star events not the stupid tour championship at the end of the year. (Same for the Ladies, but they are much hotter doing it)

Snow Got You Down???

Wow...I haven't seen any action on here in over a week. The Buck's comeback post has seemed to scare everyone away. He does seem to be a rather intimidating figure, but the blog must go on. A few things I'm thinking about this wonderful, snowy Thursday.

1. A little late, but Reggie Wayne played like a sissy girl in the Super Bowl. Bill Polian blamed the O Line and the Special Teams, but he should have pointed his rich finger at #87. If you're hurt, sit out. If not, make plays. That's what #1 receivers do. That crossing route on 4th down at the end zone caused a little vomit to come up in my mouth.

2. Now, understand that I am #1 Carolina Hater, and enjoyed the lackluster beatdown that Duke gave the TarHeels last night. But I am not stupid enough to understand that this will be the ONLY year that this type of thing will be happening to the Heels. There recruiting class for next year is similar to Kentucky's this year. They will be back on top, and the Duke/NC battle next year should be epic, with both teams possible final four favorites.

3. Am I the only one rooting against Danica Patrick? What has this chick ever done in her sport??? I have never seen anyone so untalented get so much. Look, if you want to pose in Playboy, fine. I am all for it. But what makes you think you are going to be anything but a side circus in Nascar. I give it 5 races, and people will yawn.

Well, off to school to start next week. Please feel for us hard-working teachers when we have students in July.
