Sources say that Bush will be stripped of his Heisman and that year will be left blank. I have no problem with this and am actually glad to see a group with the balls to do something about a cheater.
The question i have that i had asked before is they are saying Bush should have not been playing so he doesnt deserve the awared. So does Matt Leinart deserve his award, like i said Bush had over 500 recieving yds and 7 rec. tds. So he accounted for 7 of leinarts tds and 500 yards and lets face it if he wasnt their it would have been a completley different defense Leinart would have seen all year. So basically im asking is it okay to take an award from one guy because he shouldnt have been playing but let another guy who used that said player to help keep his trophy

I agree. The Heisman is presented by The DownTown Athletic Club in NY. It is not affiliated with the NCAA. They are a private club who I guess has the right to do what they like with their award. With that said, how does anyone else on the USC team with Bush get to keep theirs...ie Leinart? More pressing is how has Leinart remained in the NFL being such a baby?
ReplyDeleteJust think, in the past year Bush will have lost the Heisman and Kim Kardashian! I bet the trophy wasn't anywhere near as needy and high maintenance.
By the way, Phil is the worst #2 ranked pro athlete in the world of sports.
Does that mean Tiger is the worst #1? They are neck in neck in the rankings, you know? Can't really argue about Phil's stinkiness, though...He has essentially gagged away any chance he has of getting the #1, cause Tiger is certain to play better soon. I know one thing, DaBooth commented about waiting for the Ryder Cup. I personally think the US is gonna get hammered. Who is playing well enough to win?
ReplyDeleteI don't see us faring very well against the Euros either. We do have Ricky Fowler and if he wears his Sunday bright orange hat, shirt, pants, and shoes he could blind the Euros and lead us to victory.
