What the hell??? How am I supposed to protect you fine, outstanding citizens when my phone is getting bombarded with blogs? Who would thought that it would only take a spelling be and a trip to a Ravens game to unleash a blogging feast? Now I know why my refinance is taking so long and the Special Ed kids will soon be Special Special Ed kids. DA Booth... does Mr. Layfield no you have been neglecting his students by....... Never mind, I'm sure he is playing DOOM vol. 62 on the school's computer. Hope the other Mr. Layfield doesn't find out, could mean some serious reprimanding.
Great blogging yesterday!!! Glad to see more people contributing and changing up the talk. Good to know there are more things to discuss other than Favre, Woods, and Tebow.
I love the idea of a One True Word Golf Tournament this summer. Fritz can have his own foursome vs. the rest of us.

I'm not sure of the golfing abilities of all the contributors on here but from reading previous posts I would pick he'd finish in the middle of the pack. Unless... he decides to throw a Senior One True Word Golf Tournament, then he would be a sure lock to win!!

Bottle Service seems to think Im in the middle capabilities wise against a group that includes a player who uses only a sand wedge for 110 shots a round, a midget, a special ed instructor who neglects his kids so he can blog, a gambler with no hair, a loan orginator who'll be drunk by the 3rd hole, an Eagles fan who I'm not sure even plays anymore it's been so long since he's said "yes" when asked to play, a mysterious blogger who know of us know, and himself!
I gave you this fine windo to express yourselves and this is the respect I get!!!!!!!
If we all played straight up here is my prediction in the order of finish:
1. The Buck: I respect his game.
2. FRITZ
3. The Odds Man
4. DA Booth: his finish all depends on whether
he's playing in a group with
Bradley or not
5. Mass-Debator: Can play. Has a very respectible
game. Take him on my team any
day.
6. The Advisor: been around the world. can shoot
an easy 85 after a night of
drinkin and cigars
7. Bottle Service: wild card. will either shoot
100 or if you're on the other
team giving him 22 strokes he'll
shoot 85 for fun!
8. robert: sees the line better the more he
drinks
9. Frank the Tank: has ability. needs more time
on the course.
10.Keep It Rollin: all his clubs are cut to the
length of a sand wedge
Fritz their are only two correct in your finishing order. #1 and #10 sorry Rollin but i think even you wouldnt argue that. I believe Fritz would be lucky to finish in the top five, depending on which Bottle Service shows up, the 10 hdcp or the 28 hdcp. But the true wild card would be Anonymous, how would Fritz be able to play 2 balls without anyone knowing it was him.
ReplyDeleteI would be willing to throw some bills down on my ability to finish higher than 5th...Of course, the last time I made a wager (last night), I was not paid off. So I may not be willing to wager with members of this blog in the future. My only hope is that my fellow Dukie, Frank the Tank, can strong arm a certain "roller", and further increase my bank account.

Fritz - i'm not a midget you rogaine using, sweater-vest wearin, pole dancer. we use the term vertically challenged. and what's with the picture today. i liked the girl last week. that must have been too much stimulation for Frank the Tank. second thought that was a good idea to change it. wouldn't want someone to not get any work done in the office.

suggestion - how about when we do decide to have the golf tournament we throw the invite out to the "anonymous" blogger. I was talkin to a few bloggers this weekend, and they even said they would be willing to pitch in and pay for "anonymous blogger's" round of golf. This will clear Fritz's name.

I am sorry for your overworking last night, Keep it Rollin. But after myself and 2 others were standing around for 10 minutes doing nothing, and the Site Director was moving from person to person slurping, I summized that my services were no longer needed. I am hoping that the extra work you put in helped to work off that whuppin I put on you in the wager.

As to the finishes, I guess we'll have to wait and see. If you read closely and didn't take offense so quick you would have seen a few quips as to why I picked that way. Da Booth, I said it depends on whether you are in a group with Bradley. He's a 10 shot swing on your score. As to my self, Odds MAn, MAss-D, Da Booth, I think we all could shoot somewhere between 80 -89 given the day and what "game" we bring that day. So I give you that 2 through 5 could be any order of that group. Bottle Service plays once a year and it all depends on who's in his group how he finishes. Guarantee don't put in a comfort group with Da Booth or The Buck and he doesn;t score as well! Make him stand the abuse of a group willing to dish it!
Frank would get the max, but so would "Keep". I'll take "Keep" with the 36 on my team along with The Odds Man and his 15 pops.

I think we should have our summer golf event at the the Viking Mini Golf Course in Fenwick. It would be more fair for all involved. They have putters to fit all sizes.
Maybe I'm prejudice being an American but how can you lose 0 games and play a team with 1 loss (who you beat already) and come in second if that team beats you in the finals? Sounds like a Canadian setup to me. What happened to the old Little League double elimination format?
I'm picking the UConn Womens BB team to win the mens tournament. I'll put 10 large on it, oops I forgot... no gambling.
Fritz has so many aliases it's hard to know who the real man is.
