Up by 30 and you go for it on 4th down to score, what class you have Urban. I am not sure if i have seen a game plan set up to make sure one guy has huge stats like Florida is doing right now. Tebow can throw for 500 yards in this game, he still isnt gonna be a good NFL QB. I am also glad to see they reinstated Dunlap after his DUI arrest.

I have nothing against Tebow. Matter of fact he seems like a genuinely nice individual. I do, however, have a idslike for Urban Meyer. I agree. Watching that game last night it was obvious Meyer was more concerned with increasing Tebow's stats rather than even winning the game. I understand it was Tebow's last game and he has been great for the U. of Fla, but there comes a time when your up by so much to let other people play. I have that complaint with a lot of coaches who never seem to sub when up by 30 or 40. All the kids on the team put in their time. If they're good enough to keep on the team then let them have some pt when up by 40.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Mark. Now that Tebow is gone, there is absolutely nothing to like about Florida football. Meyer clearly puts winning above everything and he doesn't try and hide it, with the Spikes situation, Dunlap, the constant running up scores. My only hope is that the Lane Train in Tennessee will start next year and just role Urban and his cast of turds till he leaves Florida, if he is not leaving already.
