Tiger Woods
Ok, Jack and Tiger are the two greatest golfers in the history of golf. Yes, there have been some others you can argue for but not as good as these two. With that said, was i watching a different Presidents Cup then everyone else? All i have heard was how great Tiger was and how his point clinched it for the Americans. He just happened to beat his guy so bad that he was the winning point, although if Tiger had lost the USA still would have won. I guess what i am going to say is that Tiger was carried all week by his partner, with the exception of that put on 17. Yes he did blow out Yang in singles but lets give credit to the other golfers that actually played well all weekend and truely carried the American team. Tiger Woods is the greatest individual golfer, now team player not close.

Or you can look at this way.... Tiger is a great team player cuz he put his buddy "Stricks" at ease which allowed "Stricks" to play so well. Kind of like bringing a gun to a knife fight! Plus, I believe Tiger won his singles match and "Stricks" lost his.

ReplyDeleteNormally i would argue back, but as much as i dislike Tiger, That is how much The Buck is in love with Tiger so i cant win this one. But since i cant help myself, i dont see where Tiger put him at ease because "Strick" had to play his ass of to carry Tigers ass. Yes, "Strick" lost his singles match and Tiger won, if you remember i stated Tiger is the best INDIVIDUAL player, which that is what Singles matches are, INDIVIDUAL Events. Without "Strick" the great Tiger Woods wasnt unbeaten in the Presidents Cup.
