This being my first post i thought i would just get some off my chest.
1. Two phantom roughing the passer bullshit calls on the Ravens against the GREAT Tom Brady. On one of them he wasn't even touched and actually laughed when the flag was thrown. If i were that ref, once he laughed i would have waved the flag off. Its amazing how loved Brady is by the NFL. On this one i agree with Harbaugh that a large amount of Favoritism was shown in that game.
2. The medias week long bashing of Saturday Night Live for doing a impersonation of our President. It is not ok to do a very funny and accurate joke of his time in office so far, but it was ok to bash President Bush V.P. Cheney and other republicans over the last 8 years. I just love the ability of Democrats to be a hypocrite in almost every area. SNL makes fun of the president and hell has to be paid, while David Letterman cheats on his wife many times and he is treated like a savior for admitting it.
3.Health Care and the Swine Flu, honestly i don't know alot about either, its just pissing me off having to hear about it everyday.
4.Brett Favre. I am a huge fan and would love to see the Vikings go all the way to the NFC championship game. Of course losing to the Eagles. But with that said, can we stop talking about him for 2 weeks at least.
5.The dumbass Trustee from FSU demanding Bobby Bowden step down. He has earned the right to leave the game when he wants to. Their shouldn't be some little dork who probably wouldn't have made the pop Warner team when he was in college, making decisions on who the football coach should be, let alone forcing a legend to retire.
These are just a few things that have irritated me recently. Until next time.

YES! I figured I was the only one complaining about the refs last weekend in New England. Talk about "Home Cooking"!
ReplyDeleteThe NFL is in love with Bret Favre, Tom Brady, and the Steelers. My God, I need to get the NFL package just so I don't HAVE TO watch every Steeler game. You'd think we were a suburb of the Steel City as so far they have been on tv every week! Ugh!!!!!

ReplyDelete1. Michael Jordan being called out by a course flunky because he was smoking a cigar on a public golf course, in San Francisco, which is hosting the President's Cup. I bet if it was Kobe the flunky would have said nothing.
2. That Michael Jordan is hanging out with the US team during the President's Cup and is some sort of unofficial captain. Mike is the greatest but why not get Bret Favre, he is even greater!!
3. That it has taken this long for Lorenzo Lamas to get his own reality show!
4. Timmy Tebow!! Bye Bye Heisman Trophy Timmy!!
5. Watching the Yankees game last night I thought I was watching a new baseball romance movie starring A Rod and Kate Hudson. Camera 1 - go to A Rod... Camera 2 -go to Kate Hudson... Alex gets his firt hit in his last 19 playoff at bats... Alex gets mad because Kate is flirting with Jayzee who is sitting next to her... Alex starts seeing Jeter but still loves Kate... Alex strikes out against Cliff Lee to lose the World Series but Kate didn't really like Jayzee so her and Alex have a long passionate kiss on home plate... Jeter gets mad and dives into the first row and splits his head open. I'd watch it!!
