I think John Gruden secretly wants to date Favre.

By the first quarter???? Try the first series Brett was on offense!!!! I think you are right, Gruden does have a special interest in Brett. I swear, if Jesus Christ Himself had been playing QB for GB the story still would have been Brett.
ReplyDeleteI'll give him credit though! He played one hell of a game. Not to mention the fact GB pretty much handed them the game on a silver platter. They had a penalty on every other play plus it appeared they started the local high school's offensive line.
One thing I thought was funny was how they keep talking about the phantom pass interference call on GB that led to the AP touchdown run. If you do not recall there were 2 penalties on that play... Pass interference and offsides... both on the defense. So pass int or not Minnesota had the play over again.
Well, I wish the best to Brett and the Vikings. I don't know what will be worst, if he wins the superbowl or not. If he doesn't he will probably come back again to prove to everyone he can. He if does he will probably come back to show everyone (especially GB) that he is not over the hill.
