GO DODGERS GO!!!

Hats off to the LA Dodgers for sweeping the the mighty Albert Pujols, I mean the St. Louis Cardinals. All the experts had the Cards sweeping the Dodgers but Joe Torre put the smack down on Pujols. Lots of intentional walks and Pujols only had 1 RBI and 1 scored run during the series. Plus the Dodgers smacked around the star studded Card's pitching staff. It was great to see Adam Wainwright make baby excuses for Holliday's muff. The Dodgers fans were waiving white flags... Boo Hoo Hoo!!! At least Holliday took it like a man and made no excuses. I'm sure the Dodgers fans were waiving them while the Dodgers were on the field playing D.

In another note did anyone see the pairings for Sunday's President's Cup singles matches. Pretty interesting how they match up. Tiger is matched up against YE Yang. If you recall Yang was the one who beat Tiger head-to-head in the 09 PGA Championship. Kenny Perry is matched up against the young Japanese phenom Ryo Ishkacocopuff (or however you spell it). Perry is the oldest of all the golfers at age 49 and Ryo is just 18. Experience v. Youth, the epic battle! Ernie Els v. Sean O'Hair... I guess Freddy wanted O'hair to play with the "Big Easy" so O'Hair would "feel easy" and not shit his pants and have another mental/nervous breakdown. Mike Weir v. Justin Leonard.... at a combined height of 6 feet this should emulate a junior golf match. Vijay Singh v. Lucas Glover... There would be more excitement and personality if Robocop was playing golf against The Terminator. Should be a good one, with the US leading by 3 points. I look for a US melt down with the US "Young Guns" not coming through. Hopefully I am wrong cuz I would like to Couples get the win.

Until next time,

  1. between Singh and Glover I would rather "party" with Singh. Glover's personality makes Singh look like he clubs w/ Paris Hilton and about ready to crack a beer from his golf bag.
